What's the difference between the free version and paid version?

The free trial version is full functional but is locked to expire after 30 days, and a tag of "Unregistered Screen Recorder Gold" will be added on each video you record. The full version never expires and no tag will be added on video. Paid users are entitled to get FREE technical support and all FREE software upgrades.

How to upgrade the software to the latest version?

Paid users are entitled to upgrade the software to the newest version for FREE. Just download and re-install the new version to replace the old one. All versions recognize the registration key stored in your computer.

If I buy a license, can I use it on both my desktop and laptop?

No, you can't. Each computer installs the software needs a license.

I restored my computer system and lost my registration key. How do I get it back?

Send us an email with your order ID or order email address included so we can locate your order info and resend you your registration code.
